Za Rinpoche
Since Zeffi first met the Venerable Za Choeje Rinpoche, she has been dedicated to helping his cause to aid the Tibetan people and assisting him financially. For every reading generated through this website, Zeffi donates 10% to the Emaho Foundation, the Rinpoche's non-profit organization.

Za Choeje Rinpoche was born in 1968 in India and recognized by His Holiness, the Dalai Lama, as the reincarnation of Zachoeje Lama in 1984. The first Zachoeje was the founder of all the 13 Gelugpa Monasteries in the Tehor region of Eastern Tibet, and was seen as the leader, not only spiritually, but also supporting the people and community in many ways. Since then, all of the reincarnates of Zachoeje have continued in his steps by providing for the the needs of the people until 1959. Unfortunately, the previous Fifth Zachoeje was arrested by the Chinese Military and held in prison for 4 years and died in 1962.
In his words, "Since I hold the title of Za Choeje Rinpoche, it is my responsibility to look after the people and offer them guidance for their futures and their children's futures...some of the monasteries that were founded by my previous, in the Tehor region, were rebuilt from the outside, but are still in need of much more work to make them complete. Health care in that region is severely outdated with common illness resulting in death or permanent damage. Educational facilities are sparse and many families are unable to afford to send their children to school.

"It is my goal to continue, as my predecessors have, to provide assistance to the people of Tibet, especially now in these difficult times when the future of Tibetan culture and heritage is on the verge of collapsing."
Current projects of the Emaho Foundation are dedicated to improving the quality of lives for Tibetans in exile, as well as in Tibet. Any donations will be used in a way that will benefit those of today as well as the future generations of Tibetans.
